ADMISSION /SCHOOL, FEES POLICY
On confirmation of a place for your child at the Montessori Learning Centre a 50%deposit tmust be paid to secure the place for your child.
All school fees must be paid before or on the first day of the term.
Pupils may be prohibited from attending classes if fees are not paid in full during the first two week of the term, unless prior arrangements have been made with the office.
School fees must be paid at the school office by cheque /deposited directly at the bank.(Account details available from the office) Kindly write the name of your child at the back of the cheque and receive a receipt.
The fees schedule is as follows:-
HALF DAY CHILDREN
Tuition Fee: Kshs 135,000 per child per term
Caution fee: Kshs 50,000/- paid once. This caution fee is refundable at the end of the course when no liability has been incurred.
Lunch Fee: Kshs 18,000/- per child per term.
FULL DAY CHILDREN
TuitionFee: Kshs 152,000/- per child perterm
Caution fee: Kshs 50,000/- paid once. This caution fee is refundable at the end ofthecourse when no liability has been incurred.
Lunch fee: Kshs 18,000/- per child per term. ( Lunch is Optional)
Tuition fee: Kshs 167,000/- per child per term.
Caution Fee: Kshs 50,000/- paid Once. this caution fee is refundable at the end of the course when no liability has been incurred.
Lunch Fee: Kshs 18,000/- per child per term. (Lunch is optional)
These fees include morning and afternoonsnack.
SCHOOL UNIFORM POLICY
School Uniform is a Mandatory for all Montessori Learning Centre children. School Uniform will be part of our program for:-
- Comfort and freedom of movement
- To Guard From Soiling clothes
- To Save on Clothing
- Neatness and Cleanliness
- Equal of opportunity
Soft rubber soled shoes are recommended for in-doors. Shoes required for out-door daily wear should be of a design simple enough for the child to put on and takeoff.For the younger children (18 months on wards), soft velcro straps would be ideal.
All school uniform and clothing item should be labelled with the child’s fullname. Uniforms will be purchased from the school office only.
No Fancy Hairstyles Jewellery accessories is allowed
If the uniforms are not labelled they will be placed in a box at the pool.It is the parents Duty to look in the lost property box
PlayGroup Class Sunshine
In addition to wearing the school uniform, these children (Sunshine/the age of 18 months)will bring the following:
Baby Wipes and cream if needed
A bag With a Change of Clothes
Soft Rubber soled indoor shoes
Each child will have a place for storing their personal belongings
